UNDER THIS SERVICE Contract we undertake to inspect, service and maintain your Fax Printer/Computer for a period of One Year, During the said period the company Representative will carry out periodical inspection once Every Two Month, the Emergency call will be attended promptly, During the validity of contract, we will spender preventive maintenance on the Fax M/c./,Computer Systems/ Scanner/ Printer at a frequency mentioned above. The equipment will be cleaned, tested we shall bring to your attention the condition of your machine or submit you our recommendation viz.repair.overhaul/replacement of any part or sofware that may be found necessary will be charge at actual. Expenses for travel will be extra as per actual in case of installation outside Ahmedabad.
This Contract dose not cover any damage due to fire, accident, misuse, improper installation and handling. Special Notes: (1 )The service call is attend on normal working day, during normal working hours of the company (2.) During the period of contract you will not allow any unauthorized person to tamper the equipment in order to rectify any defect, however minor it may be. This may lead to cancellation of contract and amount forfeited. (3.) Consumable like paper, ink, florescent tube, Drum Unit, Toner, thermal head, cartridge unit & plastic will be not being covered in this contract. (4.) Contract amount to be paid in 100% advance. (5.) This Rare Including all tax, (6.) Software Charges Extra
